Great comebacks, great sequels and great unknowns. Here are 5 movie premieres in 2023 that we are looking forward to with the most excitement.

Indiana Jones and the Shield of Doom
Even if the fifth part of Indiana Jones turns out to be mediocre, it should still be appreciated if only for the sake of Harrison Ford, who, despite 80 years (!!!) on his neck, is still battering villains, firing his whip and throwing cut retorts. The guy is unflappable, and we wish him the kind of screen farewell in the new Indiana Jones that the character of Wolverine in "Logan" received, for example.. And this is very likely, since the same man - James Mangold - was behind the camera in both films.

John Wick 4
Although Keanu Reeves also does not belong to the young (58 years old), he is far from Harrison Ford in age.. Therefore, his John Wick may be in its best shape since the series began. Especially since in the fourth part our favorite assassin and dog lover will have to face more hordes of paid assassins and a new ruthless boss - the Marquis de Gramond. The trailer also reveals hectoliters of blood and even more frenzied combat sequences and fancy weapons.

Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning, p. 1
We promise that this is the last typical blockbuster in this list, but it's hard for us not to shuffle our feet at the thought of the release of the next Mission Impossible. Since the fourth installment, titled "Ghost Protocol," the series has caught a whole new wind in its sails, and each subsequent installment has only gotten better. In addition, Tom Cruise, reborn after "Top Gun," seems to be in life form - on the set of "Dead Reckoning," p. 1" single-handedly performed the most dangerous stunt in Hollywood history.
Premiere: July 12, 2023.

Killers of the Flower Moon
Here is one of the biggest unknowns of this year, although the names of Leonardo DiCapria and Martin Scorsese on the list of filmmakers place this film among the most anticipated productions of 2023 right off the bat.. For now, all that is known is that Killers of the Flower Moon will appear on Apple TV+ and will tell the story of a series of brutal murders of Native Americans in Oklahoma in the 1920s. In the 1970s, which, by the way, elevated the FBI to one of the most important services in the US. Important in this process was the legendary head of the bureau - J. Edgar Hoover, who is sure to play a not inconsiderable role in Scorsese's film as well.

Oppenheimer
Few people in history have influenced the fate of the world in a similar way to J. Robert Oppenheimer. Indeed, this brilliant physicist and UC Berkeley professor was the head of the Manhattan Project and is still considered the "father of the atomic bomb.". Because of this, the scientist is also arguably one of the most tragic figures of the 20th century - and his biopic, directed by Christopher Nolan, will be released this summer.
